This isn’t about culture; this is about science - HELLO! You cannot, for example, change a law of physics simply because you don’t want to be subject to it’s limitations. You can, though, attribute a *false* definition to said law in an attempt to make it appear to agree with your point of view. However, you cannot force others to agree with your false definition; nor can you actually alter the law just by asserting that your definition of it is truthful.

THUS, a human being who has the DNA of a woman can do everything *within her limited power, and within the limited power of humankind* to redefine herself as a man. But at best, she is simply creating a false definition to make it appear to herself and the world that her definition is true and that the actual laws that dictate her gender from the moment of her conception are, in fact, false. But in the end, she is fooling no one - not even herself. Until she has the capability to actually alter the proof of her gender at conception by wiping out the female DNA and replacing it with male DNA, she will never be a man - despite her protestations to the contrary.
