SOARING 8000ft above the ground at 160mph, Yves Rossy looks just like Buzz Lightyear.
But unlike the Toy Story character, the Swiss jet-pack daredevil really can fly.
The former pilot, 48, strapped himself into the home-made carbon fibre wing yesterday then launched himself from a plane over the Alpine resort of Bex.
Its four jet burners ignited as he leapt and he reached top speed for more than five minutes before his parachutes carried him back to the ground.
Rocketman Rossy described it as “an amazing sensation”.
