A series of bomb explosions have killed at least 60 people in the western Indian city of Jaipur, officials have said. Dozens were injured.
About seven blasts went off in quick succession in the old city area, which was crowded with early evening shoppers. Witnesses spoke of panic and then a stampede.

Rescuers have continued searching into the night for victims of a powerful earthquake that struck south-west China’s Sichuan province at about 1430 (0630GMT).
